On this page you’ll find the nuts and bolts information you need to enroll with us.

Note: our software partner is finishing up customization of our tuition management portal. We will send a follow up email with access instructions when it’s ready for your use. We anticipate this will occur sometime during the week of February 28, and you will complete your enrollment in the portal by Friday, March 4.

In the meantime, we ask that you share your decision with us as soon as possible in Ravenna. We’re also providing key information from our enrollment contract with you below, so you have adequate time to review its terms and conditions.
Important Dates and Deadlines
Mar. 4, 2022
Signed enrollment contract and tuition deposit (10% of FIT) due
If you choose the One Payment Plan:
One payment for the balance of your FIT is due by July 1, 2022
If you choose the Two Payment Plan:
Two equal payments of your tuition balance totaling your FIT are due July 1, 2022 and Jan 1, 2023
If you choose the Ten Payment Plan:
Ten equal payments of your tuition balance totaling your FIT are due monthly from July 1, 2022 through April 1, 2023. Note: this plan requires automatic withdrawal from your bank account.
Tuition Liability
When a student is withdrawn or dismissed from HATCH, or when the Enrollment Contract is canceled by the Parents before the start of the school year, it is extremely difficult to determine the harm that the cancellation, withdrawal, or dismissal will cause to HATCH. It is therefore agreed that the percentages and tuition amounts specified below represent a reasonable estimate of the damage that will be experienced by HATCH in the event of cancellation, withdrawal, or dismissal at the times indicated below and that the Parents will be liable for the specified amount.

Prior to May 31, 2022
Liability: Deposit
June 1, 2022 - July 31, 2022
Liability: 50% of Tuition
On or After August 1, 2022
Liability: 100% of Tuition
Enrollment Contract
We are providing a blank copy of our enrollment contract for your reference. When our tuition management portal opens for use, you will receive a personalized enrollment contract detailing your student’s FIT.
